We need a revolution.

The fashion industry is the second biggest consumer of water, using up over 79 trillion litres annually. Unethical practices such as working conditions, for the mostly women of colour who make our clothes, are often less than sub standard (#Whomademyclothes).

Slow fashion is the anti-consumerist, planet-thoughtful antithesis of fast fashion ventures, who are responsible for masses of waste, and poor quality materials.

The Slow-Fashion Show 2026 endeavours to raise awareness of the fashion industry’s environmental impact, while inspiring people to think of alternatives.
