In 2020, a dream was born. I picked up needle and thread, and taught myself how to sew.
Fast forward to 2025, and many accolades later, I have sewn for:
Designer fashion brand Burberry.
DFS Upholstery.
The University of Leeds as an embroidery tutor.
I have featured on BBC Radio for my upcoming fashion collection, The Alphabet Collection(link to interview)
Now I bring my expertise and experience to you.
I am adorning Rhymes and Vibes with enhanced, reworked garments available for purchase, and creative tutorials for you to take part in.
But why is this project called Rhymes and Vibes?
Second to the Atelier, I run poetry open mic nights in my hometown of Doncaster. I write performance poetry, as well as songs, and music for guitar and tenor recorder.

A big thanks to Omole for hosting the latest session of Rhythm and Vibes, a poetry open mic event which takes place in Doncaster. Omole is a BBC radio Sheffield poet who brought her own charismatic style to this event. She kicked the night off with an icebreaker, followed by the open mic itself. It was an intermate gathering with just five poets performing their work, but I'm sure that as word gets round this will grow into a bigger event.
